Integration
AI interviews in Teamtailor.
Aleida gives everyone who applies a first conversation in chat, in your name, straight from your Teamtailor pipeline. The write-up lands on the candidate card, with a quote under every assessment.
How it works
- You add an Aleida trigger to a stage in the job’s pipeline.
- Every candidate who reaches the stage gets an email with a link to the interview.
- The candidate has the conversation in chat, on their phone or computer.
- The write-up lands on the candidate card in Teamtailor.
- If you like, Teamtailor’s own move rule takes the candidate on to the next stage.
Getting started
Find Aleida in the Teamtailor Marketplace and activate it with the email address of the person who will manage Aleida. That person gets a link to create the Aleida account. No API keys and no technical setup.
Then you choose a question template for each job. Start from your job ad and Aleida suggests the questions. You adjust and approve, and the template is used for everyone who applies.
What lands on the candidate card
An assessment with a short summary, a score per criterion and suggested follow-up questions for the next conversation. One link takes you to the full write-up in Aleida, with the candidate’s own words under every assessment.
Aleida makes no decisions. You decide who goes on, in Teamtailor as usual.
What the candidate sees
An email in your name that mentions the job, then a consent screen, then the conversation in chat. The questions are about the job and what the candidate has done. When it’s done, the candidate gets a summary back.
Data and the EU AI Act
Candidate data is stored in the EU and is not used to train AI models. Only your organisation’s users see your candidates. More on where data lives and how we relate to the EU AI Act on the security page.
