What is Aleida, exactly?
Aleida is an AI interview agent. Every applicant who applies gets a structured interview in chat, right in the application. You get a ranked list with the candidates’ own words intact, without reading a single CV.
Does Aleida replace the recruiter?
No. Aleida handles the first interview, the one that used to not happen because there were too many applicants. You still meet the candidates who are interesting. The difference is that you know who those are before you start.
How does the candidate experience work?
The candidate clicks Apply as usual, and meets a chat interview inside the flow. Fifteen minutes, in your name and your brand colours. No login, no new app, no video. Everyone who completes gets a personal response with feedback.
What do I get for each candidate?
An overall assessment, a summary of what the candidate said, a score against each criterion in the requirement profile with quotes, and suggested follow-up questions for your next interview. All in your existing list.
How long does it take to get started?
