Terms of service
Last updated 13 September 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses the Aleida app on behalf of an organisation, such as an employer that uses Aleida in its recruitment.
If your organisation has a signed agreement with Aleida, that agreement applies alongside these terms. Where they differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.
You get access to the app through an invitation from your organisation or from Aleida. Your account is personal: do not share your login with anyone.
Your organisation decides who has access. An administrator in your organisation can remove people from it.
Use the app for your organisation's recruitment, and for nothing else.
Do not try to access other organisations' data, get around the app's security, or upload anything unlawful or anything you do not have the right to use.
Aleida interviews candidates and gives each one a placement with a written justification. The placement is a basis for your assessment, not a decision. Who goes further in the recruitment is decided by the people in your organisation.
The exception is a requirement your organisation itself has set as absolute. If a candidate does not meet it, the interview ends, and the candidate is told why.
For the candidates in your recruitment, your organisation is the controller and Aleida is the processor, under a data processing agreement. Your organisation is responsible for having a legal basis for the processing and for informing candidates.
Aleida does not train any AI model on your data or your candidates' data.
If your organisation connects a Google account, you allow Aleida to create interview meetings in its calendar and to check when the calendar is busy, exactly as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time in the app's settings.
Google's own terms apply to your use of Google's services.
We develop the app continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available, but these terms do not promise a specific uptime. Commitments like that belong in your organisation's agreement with Aleida.
Aleida owns the app and everything in it that we have built. Your organisation owns what it enters into the app, such as job ads, and we use it only to provide the service.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or threatens the security of the app or of other organisations' data. When your organisation's use ends, its data is handled as set out in the data processing agreement.
Aleida's liability is set out in your organisation's agreement with Aleida. Without such an agreement, and to the extent the law allows, Aleida is not liable for indirect loss.
The date at the top shows when these terms last changed. If we make a significant change, we tell the organisations that use the app before it applies.
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes are settled by a Swedish court.
