Manifesto
Every contact with a candidate is advertising for the employer, good or bad. And most people who apply don’t get the job.
We believe everyone who applies should get a real first conversation, in the employer’s name. Candidates should leave knowing more about the job than when they came. The employer should know whether it is a fit, with quotes.
The decision is always yours. We are the ones who make the employer look good, not the ones who are seen.
Our story
The beginning
We are two students and former job seekers. When we applied for jobs ourselves, we noticed that something was clearly wrong with the process. You send a CV, take a lot of tests, but never get to show who you are. And you never understand what the role involves.
When we talked to recruiters, we noticed they had exactly the same problem. They get hundreds of CVs that look alike, and don’t have time to talk to everyone.
So we built Aleida.
